Open Positions:
Used Vehicle Technician: (1 Currently Available)
The Used Vehicle Technician responsibilities include performing maintenance, diagnostics, repair and replacement of parts on used vehicle inventory and other duties assigned by the service advisor or service manager.
Requirements:
- ASE- certified or 3+ years in the field
- Experience with all makes and models
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to read and use computer diagnostics as well as alignment equipment
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record as per the Company?s current insurance carriers guidelines
- Ability to work well with other technicians
- Familiarity with working in a shop environment
Work Schedule: 40 hours a week with flexible weekly work schedule
Compensation: Your compensation will be by flat rate on a flag hourly basis based on your knowledge and experience
Planet Automotive Outbound/Inbound Call Specialist: (1 each Currently Available)
The primary responsibility of the Outbound Call Specialist is to make outbound sales calls to previous customers or guests in order to have them return to purchase a new vehicle or to return to the service department for vehicle services. The majority of this job will be at a desk and on the phone, so maintaining a professional demeanor is a must. If you are motivated and excited by a dynamic pay plan in a new position, this is the job for you.
Qualifications:
- One year of experience in a customer service position preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to obtain a State of Colorado Sales license
- Professional personal appearance
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record as per the Company?s current insurance carriers? guidelines
- Ability to drive a manual transmission
- Professional and competent phone etiquette a must
Work Schedule: 40 hours a week with flexible weekly work schedule
Compensation: Hourly with bonuses based on performance
