Overall had a good experience at Planet Hyundai, with a couple of issues that were quickly resolved.  John Distel, the salesman that helped us, was excellent and very helpful answering my many questions and dealing with the issues I had after I purchased the car.  Never felt pressured or uncomfort...able during the whole process, unlike some other dealers I've been to.As for the issues I had, the car I bought was sold to me as a "manager's demo car", and was specifically sold as a car that wasn't driven by a bunch of random people.  Unfortunately the day after I bought it, I found a few carbon copy "loaner agreements" in the glove box.  When I asked the dealer about them, they said it must've been given out as a 24 hour test car (despite one of the loaner agreements having a repair order # written on it).  This wasn't that big of a deal, and the dealer did offer some free oil changes for the error.The other issue was that I was charged ~$300 more for the car than I originally agreed to, however the dealer did correct that issue when I brought it to their attention a few days later.  The way the price is written on the bill of sale is much different than the way it's written on the price agreement you go over with the salesman.  I would encourage everyone to make sure they get a calculator out when they go over the paperwork with the "finance" guys to make sure they're getting charged the right amount.Overall happy with my experience, despite the issues I had.  I appreciate the dealer rectifying the issues quickly, and I would most likely buy another Hyundai from them in the future. I always bring my car in when it's due for my schedule maintenance. When I pull in, one of the guys quickly come over to me to check my vehicle in. I am always greeted with a smile and by name. This makes me feel very welcome and special. All the guys are great especially Josh I feel he alway...s goes above and beyond to make sure everybody feels welcome which I've noticed while in the waiting room Greay Show more

John Horn was pleasant, knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all. I felt he was very honest answering my questions. He made himself available at my convenience. I would highly recommend John and Planet Hyundai.

Planet is always friendly and efficient. Only dealership garage I ever trusted. Jeff has always steered me right. BigO wanted to replace all of my struts on my Elantra. The Hyundai garage checked them and let me know that were ok. I went back a few years later and bought my sonata, my third car fro...m planet. I highly recommend this dealership and garage. Show more

December 2016, we purchased a Sante Fe from Planet Hyundai. I had been looking for a new car for my wife for a couple months and Dean Debuhr patiently worked with us on finding just the right car.
