Brought my 2018 Sonata for two computer updates. My wife and I were immediately greeted by Scott who did a great job of getting us settled in the waiting area when the car was almost ready notified us in ten or fifteen minutes we would be able to pick up the car. That was a pleasant surprise it took less than an hour, when I made the appointment they said it would take about 4 hours. Read more

I had a couple recalls on my Hyundai Elantra so I went online and scheduled my appointment through the Planet Hyundai on W. Colfax website. Shortly after I received a phone call verifying my needs and making sure they understood a comment I had made. I wanted the recall items taken care of but I also had my air bag light on my dash. I dropped my car off on time and was expecting to be without my car for most of that day. I had a friend pick me up and not even an hour later I received a phone call from Hyundai. The person I spoke with said my car was ready. I honesty could not believe it! He proceeded to tell me that he had good news and bad news. The good new being that the recall items had been taken care of. On top of that there was more good news... they took the time to research my airbag problem without having to use the machine that would charge me a fee of 80 dollars. Turned out it was under an extended warranty so they were able to fix that at no additional cost. The bad news is that my front brakes are on their way out. I had an idea that was the case when I brought my car in. I told him on the phone that I already had an appointment with someone else for the following weekend to have my break pads changed. He did not try to pressure me into having those services done at Planet Hyundai, which is usually a common occurrence. I headed in to get my car, all in all about an hour and 15 minutes from drop off to pick up.From start to finish I was very happy with my experience at Planet Hyundai on W Colfax in Golden Colorado. The team was very kind when I dropped my car off. They explained what they were going to be doing for me with regards to the recalls. They got the work done super fast... SUPER FAST!! In the future I will definitely be using Planet Hyundai for my car care needs. I will also make sure to keep you in mind if anyone I know needs work done. I am hoping that in the next couple years I will be able to change from my Elantra into some kind of SUV and I am definitely going to give my business to this Hyundai dealer.

They made everything so easy. They Scheduled the appointment at a time that work for me just a couple of days out and they stayed within the framework of the time they said it would take. They even picked me up!
