Despite the lack of a third row, the new Santa Fe actually offers more interior volume (147.3 cubic feet) than the previous year's Santa Fe model (146.6 cubic feet). The spacious cabin also offers drivers a new AVN 5.0 navigation system with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™ compatibility, as well as Qi wireless charging pads.
The interior of the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe has been optimized for comfort and customer satisfaction down to the smallest detail, including larger door map pockets, repositioned cup holders and a newly-tilted touchscreen that now reduces glare.
In addition to the new configurations of the 2019 Santa Fe, the new Santa Fe features three available engines: a 185-hp, 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder GDI engine, a 232-hp, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and the newly-available 200-hp, 2.2-liter CRDi turbodiesel engine. The new turbodiesel engine boasts an impressive 320 pound-feet of torque. Also new for the 2019 Santa Fe is the eight-speed automatic transmission that optimizes fuel efficiency and drive quality.
